The Basics: Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday CST (excluding U.S. federal holidays) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day.

U.S orders are shipped within two business days. Overnight orders placed after 2 p.m. CST on Friday will be shipped on the following business day, Monday.

We ship worldwide with International DHL worldwide. Taxes and duties are not included. Packaged that aren’t collected or applicable taxes and duties paid will be returned to us.  

Return Policy

By shopping at June Children’s Shop you agree to the following return policy.

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange within 14 days on apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact. June Children’s Shop maintains the right to deny returns that do not meet the aforementioned return criteria.

All non-apparel items including bags, blankets, and toys are final sale. All discounted items are final sale.

All returns must be returned with an assigned Return Authorization number. Please email info@junechildrensshop.com and we will issue you an RA#. When selecting a return carrier, be sure to choose tracking; June Children’s Shop is not responsible for lost or missing packages. 

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date.  All shipping fees will not be refunded associated with the order will not be refunded.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit.
